    Experience:
    Class experience is now much faster for level 5-20 (Around 2-3x)
    Experience gained is now shown while playing with a bar at the bottom of the screen
    And directly applied, no longer after the match. The deathscreen still shows a recap however. (Keep in mind the Loop grants reduced experience as it is meant for fun and optional, not for endless grind.)

    New Daily-Login Experience Boost:
    Login bonus now grants a Experience token!
    The token lasts 1000 seconds or until you die and you get 3x Experience while it is active!
    This will make it much easier to level if you don't have much time to play.

    Riotguard:
  • Cooldown of Battlecry slightly increased, scaling adjusted
  • Tomahawk extra throw chance increased 10 > 15
  • Can now drop the starting pistol

  • Breaching charge is thrown 20 range further and baseline charges cap 2 > 3
  • Level 5 Perk now additionally grants a stim effect when entering a room and heals a bit
  • (Breacher has a really insane level 25)
  • Breacher now moves slightly faster than default (Fastest of all classes)
  • Breacher shield no longer has longer delay than default and regens 25% faster
  • Breacher now takes reduced explosion damage (35% - You still gotta learn how to use the charge)
  • Level 5 Perk still dosn't work - we didn't know - Fixed next week
  • Super shorty has a new firingsound, deviation and damage slightly increased
  • Breacher has new level 15 Passive, granting penetration for shotgun ammo
  • Shieldburst now also grants breacher stacks

  • Blade no longer heals when not hitting a target
  • Core Perk no longer goes to 3 stacks by spamming dash alone
  • New Level 5 Perk - Blade kills instantly reset the blade

    The Engineer was clearly underperforming, we did remove his shield bonus at the last minute which was a mistake and is now reverted, and he got some very good buffs.   • New Baseline Perk which grants shield per second while ejecting+reloading which is pretty
  • strong and helps with survivability a lot when using launchers especially

    The Demolisher was a bit underperforming, but the new shield bonus makes low-ammo launchers/weapons way better than before and greatly helps at survival. While the single shot weapons are hard to handle and maybe give a poor first impression, the demolisher really has insane damage potential while being rather tanky, we will keep an eye on him still.
    Both engineer and demolisher scale well into mid-lategame which is not to underestimate and we think both now have at least on-par performance[/box]

    With the new attachments we wanted to make weapon upgrades less predictable and more exciting, feel more like most other elements of the game. These can be pretty overpowered with the right weapon, but also be way worse, so be careful!-
    NEW CLASS CHALLENGES

    STEAM TRADING CARDS, BADGES, BACKGROUNDS, EMOTES
    We added Steam Trading cards (12 Total), a set of Badges and Backgrounds and emotes you can earn by playing! These can be traded and sold on the marketplace.
    NEW WEAPON CYCLING
    The Q button now switches between the last weapon back and forth, no longer cycles through all buttons - The same counts for the A button on Controller - there is a setting for the old behaviour. (Mousewheel / DPad still switches through weapons as usual)
    CONTROLLER
    Controller Free look can be activated any time by pressing left bumper, which should be much more convenient!
    New: Modules / Stat upgrade selection popup now has a D-Pad interface
    New: Items can now be dropped with the D-Pad and the message is included in the tooltip
    New: Added aiming helpers on controller
    PERFORMANCE
    Performance is increased in general and we found and removed the hard stutters that could happen on some machines! - More details further below-
  • Sniper level 0 reworked, no longer grants damage absorption, now has a special shield which starts less shield but gains 20% shield per headshot and gains 3 max shield per headshot kill, which makes early less overpowered and mid-lategame less weak

  • Sniper level 5 now has an additional passive

  • Sniper level 15 now has a weaker version of the old damage absorbtion

  • Sniper prestige is now fixed and grants the pistol firerate properly

  • Sniper K98 Classic ammo 5 > 4
  • Heavy Gunner level 25 Missiles now work

  • LG-2 no longer incorrecly consumes 2 health on shot

  • Reduced health gain from level 0 by 1 to compensate

  • Heavy gunner really gets extreme stats at level 5 and with the onslaught system, which seems a bit unfair, now he will have increased item cooldowns as a compensation which is a nerf but does not touch his weapon power

  • Fixed Heavy gunner reloading LG-2 when at 0 ammo in mag

  • Special ammo supply starts with one more charge
  • Engineer now gains double from the first stat upgrade

  • Engineer level 10 now also has a new passive effect, recycling 10 items grants one extra drone! and further recycling increases Core minimum stacks

  • Engineer Core drone firerate reduced

  • Fixed auto overclocker right click instantly removing the buff and dealing damage

  • Changed team behaviour on enemy destroy, so now player 2 properly also gets the kills accounted (previously player 2 would have extreme issues getting stacks which were kill based)

  • Fragile effect reduced by 50%

  • Fragile Hp max can no longer go below 200

  • Reduced enemy aiming speed scaling slightly

  • We changed how the audiogroups are handled, please tell us if this removed the stutters/hard lags that happen when playing the first time on a new session.

  • From our tests, the heavy stutters on slower hard-drives are now 99% gone!
  • Improved missile performance, reduced length of trail, changed colors of varied missiles

  • Missile trail now is shorter with reduced particle setting, varied missile got slightly different trails

  • Missile trail now spawns less overlapping trails depending on the setting, reducing trail object amount by factor 2-3 but looks worse, still looking into it

  • Reduced duration of small fires, meaning less at the same time
  • The ground color is now baked into the floor surface, increasing performance slightly

  • Flying dust particles are now affected by particle setting

  • Drawing of enemies when offscreen is now more performant, and even better in solo play

  • NEW setting for disabling the background fog, which helps a bit on low end systems-As always there are a couple other undocumented changes. (We will deploy a small patch early next week to fix any leftover issues, and which will enable coop for the madness, tactical and adrenaline mode.)

    Hey everyone!
    The next update is here, including the Survival Mode for Arena, a cool new Difficulty modifier and a good amount of item buffs, making a lot of the more overlooked items more exciting.-


    NEW Difficulty Modifier - Lightning Start
    Great for experienced players, makes the early game much harder and more engaging to play. Increases the difficulty of the first floor (or 10 Waves) significantly, but not the ones afterwards.
    If you have a lot of playtime and the early game does not pose a real challenge anymore, Lightning start will make things more fresh again!

    Gameplay:
  • Increased the chance of lucky “Account not charged” at all shops from 1 to 3%

  • Engineer no longer gains 20% reduced credits

  • Engineer now properly gains the level 5 bonus for Special weapons

  • Rank 2 Elite enemies now have 1 less plating but again more health regeneration

  • (Already live) Added new Low Quality setting, making a big reduction in performance needed

  • Tribute of flesh now grants 2 upgrade kits in addition to the other effects

  • Madness, Tactical and Hyper Adrenaline Modes now only cost 150 > 125 Data to play
    Armageddon Shards & Cursed Weapons:
  • Cursed weapon variant chance removed

  • Cursed weapon variant power increased

  • Cursed weapon variant self damage is now consistent and based on current hp

  • Cursed weapon variant now always increases to red rarity

  • Cursed weapon chests now have a (3 + (3 * curse debuff)) * luck chance for a cursed

    Item Buffs - Many of the somewhat weaker items have been buffed, so the general viability is much more even and opens up more builds.
  • Ripjack Hyper Blades have 50% reduced friendly fire, volume reduced
  • Iron Orbs now have 50% reduced friendly fire
  • Unstable Current damage & extra chance increased
  • Rebuke System now also grants 40 Armor flat
  • Mass Shotgun system 35>40 seconds cooldown, Pellets from 11+1*power to 13+2*power
  • Throwing stars poison damage greatly increased, now triggers on first shot no longer random chance, cooldown increased to 15, making it an opener and more thematic
  • Lightning boots now have a 5% chance to deal double damage, charges a bit faster
  • Beamer duration and damage now scales 30-50% better with power
  • Tomahawks extra chance now fires 1 > 3 extra Tomahawks
  • Heatsink damage further increased depending on heat
  • Heat Spreader range increased by around 10%
  • Special Ammo Supply buff now grants 15>20% critical chance when active

    Hey everyone - The next large update is here!
    We just released the Synthetik: Arena Expansion as Free standalone and now bring all the good stuff to Legion Rising aswell!
    This update makes the new Arena Upgrade and Supporter Pack compatible with Legion rising, as well as adding the new Enemies, new weapons, items and tons of other changes and fixes!
    Getting the Arena Upgrade upgrades your Legion Rising with 10 new weapons and the new Arena mode, which you then can play straight out of the Legion Rising client. Otherwise you can play Arena for free as a seperate game! Alright, time for the Patchnotes:-

    [box]Supporter Pack 2 (Arena) Weapons:
    NEW Rare Weapon: M75 Heavy Support
    The new weapon of the Arena Supporter pack, has a unique standing still power charge effect. Very strong on single target but not that easy to use![/box]

    General Weapon Changes:
  • Added Heat display in weapon stats window

  • Most bullets now have an additional glow, increasing visibility

  • Removed white light from colored laser/fusion bullets

  • Weapons now automatically eject and reload after some time to help new players

  • Bullet casing sounds are now louder and have more varying loudness

  • Submachineguns now produce less heat than default, distancing them more from assaults

  • All Heavy Sniper rifles now gain double damage from upgrade kits (10% instead of 5%)
    Many weapon balance changes:
  • FMG9 new model, improved firing sound, damage minimally increased

  • Weapon upgrade station now costs 40% less for starter quality weapons

  • Eminence AR now uses fusion ammo, now grants item cooldown speed

  • AEK971 now grants healing from elite kills

  • Armageddon ammo gain 60>80

  • R5000 DMR is now epic again, damage decreased by 10%, headshot damage increased

  • Sniperdragon heat decreased slightly, damage increased by 20%

  • P9000 no longer has a super long burst delay if in burst

  • Impaler deals a bit more damage and recoil resets slightly faster

  • Chaos launcher recoil per shot from 12 to 11, damage increased by 5%

  • Ares GL reload speed minimally increased, damage increased by 10%

  • Bren Anti Air has an improved skin

  • Ammo backup Printer attachment now grants 10% > 15% of magsize per 50 heat

  • Backup attachment now grants 35>40% ammo cap and now also increases ammo gain by 20%

  • Wormhole mags and caliber reduction magsize is now correctly multiplied

  • Eraser DMR and Sour DMG deal 25% more headshot damage

  • Fixed eraser cell to give ammo when ammo is at 0 or ejected

  • Nemesis 14.4mm bullets now have a new property, 50% reduced friendly fire

  • Ripjack base damage 450 > 600, ammo gained per pickup decreased from 30 to 20

  • PXS Damage from 1.05x to 1.125x

    Keep in mind each weapon model takes 120 images so we need to take the most important ones

    Item changes:
  • Mystery chest rare item drops fixed, Brawndo, Gold Nugget, Special upgrade kit etc spawn now

  • Raider Blade reworked, now no longer stacks, deals % missing health damage + 300, so is no longer a larger balancing issue since the reset on kills chance, and is better if not upgraded so no longer requires upgrades to be viable throughout the game. Now heals on kills

  • Missing health damage scales with upgrades

  • Heart core now affects less in Blob Boss room

  • You can now hear item activation sounds from other players

  • Transmutating a divine item now grants a legendary instead of a nonexistant item as no default divine items exist

  • Icarus and Beamer should no longer trigger in stealth-
    Class changes:
  • Breacher headshot modifier reduced by 0.25 (same as Riotguard)

  • Breacher Core max stacks are now 5 as he could get unkillable rather easily in varied situations

  • Breacher now is 20% more accurate while moving over default

  • Fixed Heavy gunner requiring level 15 for level 10 passive

  • Engineer Sentry turret now gains 750 max hp per floor (boss kill)

  • Engineer Sentry turret now gains 10% damage per floor to be still relevant late game

  • Changed that active items no longer have a chance to not be activated with lower than 100% luck (Mostly Engineer related)

  • Special ammo supply now grants 10>15% critchance

  • (Raider lvl 5 knife reset still dosnt work on live for a miraculous engine reason despite working when we test it, already fixed it 3 times..)-
    Difficulty & Rooms
  • Mortar Shots and crystal mortar shots now scale slightly with difficulty but take longer baseline

  • Disco room floor field spawns is now 30% slower on singleplayer due to being easier in coop

  • Disco room server channel time from 5 to (3 + (1 * difficulty)) seconds

  • Added light for player 2 in disco room

  • Fixed sniper level 0 shield bonus only applying after level 10

  • Spike traps no longer ignore shields

  • Reduced damage range of charging crystal enemy

  • Minitank hp from 3000 to 4000

  • Flak, Main battle and hovertank health scales stronger with difficulty

  • Threaded Shotgun bot now gets 200 range closer to shoot

  • Enforcer bullet damage from 0.6 to 0.65

  • Hovertank damage increased by 30%

  • Arena masters are 10% faster, Riotshield master now has health regen like other Riotshields
  • Added new room for Pipes Floor

  • Using a controller now makes enemies react slightly slower and grants slightly increased resistances to compensate the increased damage taken and reduced accuracy of a controller

  • (Only enabled if you use the controller from the start of the game)
    Challenges
  • Fixed simple class challenge stat bonus requiring insanity completion

  • Insanity challenge tooltip reworked, now shows checkmarks and is clearer

  • Fixed Assassin insanity challenge requiring sniper challenge-
    Fixes
  • Changed how players are revived, which should remove or minimize issues coming from room change when dead, such as mirrored screen issue

  • Fixed controller switching ammo on ejection

  • Fixed class challenge only working when having insanity challenge

  • Fixed the bug where a overheated weapon not held would leave your shield at 0 forever

  • Fixed a nasty bug where you would sometimes take overheat damage from dashing

  • Fixed 2 rooms not having quests spawners, making quests not activate

  • Fixed Field supply causing a crash on recycle

  • Fixed final boss crash happening sometimes

  • Fixed Items not being able to upgrade when shared from a player

  • Many other fixes & some mentioned above already
    Known Issues:

  • Raider Knife reset still dosnt work on live despite working in engine...

  • Sometimes you still can get the doubled lobby after ending a game

    Referral Menu
    There is a new referral menu, with which you can refer your friends to the game! Referrals are shared between the free Arena client and Legion Rising.
